Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental consent for a minor, a parent or guardian must provide it.

OnGLP provides onboarding, wellness goals, nutrition estimates, meal and recipe tools, medication and routine tracking, reminders, Apple Health integration, and progress views. Some features use automated systems and third-party content.

OnGLP is not a medical device, healthcare provider, pharmacy, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified clinician. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a medication dose, monitor you in real time, or guarantee health or weight outcomes.

Always follow your prescriber’s instructions. Contact a qualified professional about symptoms, side effects, allergies, nutrition needs, medication timing, or treatment changes. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Nutrition values, food identification, menu analysis, recipes, progress projections, and AI-generated explanations are estimates. Images, labels, portions, restaurant recipes, and individual needs vary. Check product labels and professional guidance when accuracy or safety matters.

Recipe filters and AI results do not guarantee that a food is free of allergens, cross-contact, contraindications, or unsuitable ingredients.

• Provide information you have the right to use and keep your device and linked accounts secure.
• Review entries and automated results before relying on or saving them.
• Do not misuse OnGLP, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or dangerous activity.
• Do not treat OnGLP output as a prescription, diagnosis, emergency instruction, or guaranteed result.

OnGLP Pro is offered as an auto-renewable annual subscription and an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Current localized prices and terms appear on the purchase screen before confirmation.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial of the annual plan. Apple determines eligibility, generally limits introductory offers to one per subscription group, and confirms the offer in the App Store purchase sheet. If eligible, you are not charged during the trial. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the annual subscription automatically renews at the displayed annual price.

The monthly plan does not include the seven-day annual trial unless the purchase screen and Apple confirmation sheet expressly say otherwise. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple charges your Apple ID and manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your OnGLP account does not cancel the subscription. Where Apple provides a billing grace period, access may continue temporarily while Apple retries payment.

OnGLP depends on Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, Spoonacular, and other operating-system or infrastructure services. Their availability and separate terms may affect features. Third-party recipe images, names, and source links remain the responsibility of their respective owners.

OnGLP, its original branding, interface, and app materials are owned by Klyne Labs or used under license. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, protect users, address security issues, comply with law, or respond to third-party changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnGLP is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyne Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses caused by reliance on automated, nutrition, recipe, or health-related content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyne Labs’ total liability for all claims arising from or related to OnGLP will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Klyne Labs for OnGLP in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klyne Labs, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of OnGLP, your breach of these terms, or content you submit that violates another person’s rights. We will give you reasonable notice of a claim and may participate in its defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes an obligation on Klyne Labs without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

Before starting a formal claim, contact us at the support address below and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may require the dispute to be resolved by confidential, individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the applicable consumer arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator, not a court, will decide the arbitrability of a dispute, except that small-claims matters, requests for temporary or injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or account security, and matters that cannot legally be arbitrated may proceed in court.

You and Klyne Labs agree to bring claims only in your individual capacities and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, coordinated, or representative action. If applicable law does not allow a particular claim to be waived, that claim will proceed in court and the remaining claims will remain subject to this section. You may opt out of arbitration and the class-action waiver by emailing us within 30 days after first accepting these terms, stating that you opt out and including the email address used with OnGLP.

You may stop using OnGLP at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend access for material misuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these terms. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
